I’m a Costa Rican former congressman and I’m very much involved in the development of our country. I met Trevor at a construction’s seminar in San Jose and from there on we built a strong relation between us. I have looked at several condominium projects on the Pacific Beach area of Costa Rica. Jardines de Ensueno offers the most reasonably priced product that is available in a vacation type location. Eye Opener

I am new to the real estate investment business. I had been studying ways of obtaining passive income through real estate for several months---mostly through reading real estate investment books, as well as reviewing local investment opportunities and beach communities in the United States. A friend told me about this project in Costa Rica. I read the website, became interested, flew to Costa Rica, and spent a few days with Trevor. This is the first option I have found where
the potential return on investment numbers make mathematical sense. To top it off, it is located in the most beautiful place I have ever been. Trevor and his team certainly seem to have done their homework and I love the concept of a garden condominium complex. I look forward to my return trip with my wife and three kids.
