February 7, 2006 - Jardines de Ensuenos - Lastest Tourism Figures

The Beach Times Friday Jan. 27/ 2006 Page 3

"Most major hotels in the Guanacaste are reporting occupancies in the first quarter of the year running between 90 and 95 per cent, but added they were turning away business. At least three are adding rooms to try to make up the shortfall. Further, one major Canadian air charter company, Skyservice, confirmed it had cancelled flights because it is unable to guarantee rooms for passengers. According to ICT (Tourism Institute) about 1.6 million foreign tourists came to Costa Rica in 2005, generating about $1.589 billion in income."

Gee what a goofy idea to build and/or invest in this market with this income potential! Go figure!!!

Have yourself a great day.
